Both My children have attended Bank Hall Kindergarten and I couldn’t recommend them enough. With both my children, they have made me feel so settled while they are in their care. My children have loved attending, with the staff giving them both so much help and support before school. They have had so much fun and all the staff are so lovely, welcoming and caring.

My daughter had been with myself and Grandparents for 3.5 years before I finally decided that nursery was a definite to support her development and for her to gain social skills and mix with others. I am so glad that I choose Bankhall Kindergarten for her. She has come on so much in all her areas of development and has been nurtured and loved by all the staff. Staff work in partnership with parents. They provide ideas and activities for parents to do at home to support children's learning.

Staff ask pertinent questions to help children to voice their opinions. For example, at snack time, babies confidently tell staff 'No' when asked if they want more to drink. As older children take part in food tasting, they shiver and exclaim, 'It's sour' and 'That is disgusting' after tasting the lime. This generates lots of conversations about different foods textures and tastes.

Staff provide a carefully considered environment, which enables children to make choices. Children develop an understanding of the world around them. They enjoy exploring the woodland with staff and learning about the farm animals that live in the neighbouring fields.
